Job Requirements
-Language – English
-Education – Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
– Security & Safety – Bondable, basic security clearance, criminal record check
-Comfortable working on their feet for long periods of time
Supervise and coordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food Prepare and submit reports Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage Establish work schedules
-Be guest-centric and focused on delivering an exceptional guest experience while promoting the team to do the same
-Has experience training and motivating staff for results
Prepare budget and cost estimates Establish methods to meet work schedules
-Has attention to detail, quality control, and ability to coach on sanitation and safety procedures
Handle guest complaints professionally
-Take, assemble and present guest orders in a timely manner
-General cleaning duties within the kitchen, service area, and lobby of the restaurant
-Follow up on Daily Food Safety minimum standard requirements
Hours:
30 to 40 hours/week
