Job Duties
- Approve and recommend faculty hires
- Plan, coordinate, lead, manage, and assess the academic and associated activities of a faculty member at a college or university.
- Approving course schedule and suggesting changes to the curriculum
- Budgets for projects, programmes, support services, and equipment should be planned, administered, and controlled.
- Direct efforts like research and curriculum development through subordinate personnel
- Participate in numerous faculty and college committees’ activities.
- Advise the institution or college’s president or rector.
Job Requirements
- Must have completed Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s in a field related to the academic faculty
- Must have 4 to 5 years of work experience as a university professor or college instructor.
- Willing to relocate.
